About the Product Do I need to have a load on my cellphone? Yes. you need to have a load on your cellphone in order to call our access numbers.
What kind of network should I use to call your access number? Nomally we use Local access numbers, any cell phone having the same mobile number prefix in the Philippines can call these access numbers.
Can I use a post-paid plan to call your Local access numbers? Yes. Just make sure you have unlimited calling to our access numbers.
Where can I buy the needed sim and load in the Philippines? The load is available anywhere nationwide in the Philippines. Does your company sell simcards or load? No. We only provide the service of international calling. The loads can be easily purchased anywhere in the Philippines as long as there is a network coverage.

Can I pay through Paypal? Yes. We accept payments through paypal. Our costumer support shall provide you our paypal account once you are ready to purchase. I don't have any Paypal yet, how do I sign-up for one? Call us and we will guide you step by step on how to sign-up for paypal.
Using Paypal, are there any other credit card charges to be expected after paying your stated package price? No. Enroll your credit card and pay securely through paypal with no other charges.
After I have made a succesful payment, thru credit card or debit card how long will it take before my service gets activated? Activation of account is from 8AM until 10PM in the Philippines. (Please refer to the World Clock at the Home Page) If you have paid during non-office hours please patiently wait for the next working hour for us to contact and activate your account. How do I pay directly through your BDO bank accounts if I am from the Philippines? Contact us via email, contact form or live-chat and request for our BDO account number. Once you have the name and account number you can go to any BDO bank to make a deposit to our account.
What is BDO internet Banking? Account holders can easily make a transfer of payment to other account holders of the same branch. Most of our subscribers are using this to conveniently pay their monthly subscription.
What do I need to do after making a succesful payment? Contact us via email, contact form or live-chat and inform us about the following: - Inform us of the Branch & Ref Code if deposited through BDO. - Provide us with your area code you want to use as access number. - Provide us with the number you want to call and their full name. - Wait for our representative to contact you back through email or phone to inform you of the procedure.
Once I start using the service can I still demand for a refund? No. We can't give refund right after we have activated your line to call the Philippines or Abroad. We also make a non-refundable purchase to our suppliers of the needed lines to accomodate your calls to our facilities. As much as possible we want to protect our subscriber's security and best interest, that is why we encourage our clients to contact us and avail of the "Free Trial" first before purchasing and subscribing to our service. |
